All work is fixed-price, agreed before it starts, and derived from a £950 day rate. Seaton Systems is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
Reassessment after remediation: £950, one day, confirming defects are closed.
Ninety-day post-handover support: quoted at scoping and invoiced once, up front.
Retainers: open-ended retainers are not offered at launch. Ongoing support is scoped as a fixed ninety-day package so its cost and boundaries remain explicit.
Regulatory or audit reporting alignment: work requiring alignment to a specific reporting format carries an uplift, agreed at scoping.
